We went last night and it was delicious. Margaritas were $3.99 and delicious, the food was great and large portions. Prices are very reasonable. I will be back soon.

Since leaving Texas two months ago, I’ve been on the hunt for real, authentic Mexican food in Chattanooga and let me tell you, the struggle was real. But Fiesta Jalisco came through like a hero in a sombrero. The moment that bowl of warm, homemade tortilla chips hit the table, I knew I’d found the one. I ordered the quessabirria, and it was hands-down the best I’ve had outside of Texas. The consommé? I’d bathe in it if society allowed. My friend got the enchiladas suizas and was equally impressed. He topped it all off with a slice of Tres Leches cake and looked like he’d reached dessert nirvana. Sadly, no margaritas that day (cue dramatic gasp), but the beer on tap did the trick. Bonus points for the incredibly attentive and friendly service, both the waiter and manager were on point. Easily the best Mexican food I’ve had in Chattanooga so far. I’ll definitely be back…next time, margaritas will be involved.

Fiesta Jalisco is a gem! Hands-down one of the best Mexican dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and top-tier service. Massive shoutout to our server Vincent, who was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The chips came out hot and fresh (which should be the standard everywhere, but rarely is), and the salsa and cheese dip? Phenomenal. Full of flavor and served in perfect portions. But the real showstopper? The margaritas. Absolutely top notch. Whether you're going for the classic or something fruity and adventurous, every drink was expertly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. (I recommend getting the margarita flight — it’s as good as it looks!) Fiesta Jalisco nails the atmosphere, the flavor, and the hospitality. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back with friends, or just for another round of margaritas. Don’t miss it!

First time for us & it was excellent! Best Mexican food we have had since moving here. Staff is friendly, fast service, place is clean & inviting. We had chili poblano, cheese enchiladas rice & beans. Their sauce is so good Also a margarita that tasted wonderful. We will be back many times

Fast, friendly, and great food. Both the regular salsa and verde were delicious. Excellent fajitas. Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants we’ve been to in a long time!
